Catalogue and availability

Listings and prices are invitations to enquire, not an automatic offer, sale or reservation. Availability must be confirmed directly before you travel, arrange a transfer or make payment. We may correct genuine catalogue or pricing errors and will tell you before an agreement is made.

Prices

Advertised prices are total customer prices in Australian dollars. No additional amount will be added to the advertised price unless a different total price is clearly agreed in writing before the transaction proceeds.

No online purchase

This website does not accept payment, create a shopping cart or complete a sale. A transaction proceeds only after the buyer and seller agree on the selected number, total price and transfer arrangements.

Transfer arrangements

Where appropriate, a transfer may be completed at a Vodafone or Optus store. Requirements can vary by provider, service and location. We do not guarantee that every store can complete every transfer or that all transfers follow the same process.

Payment

Under the current process described on this site, payment is made after the selected number has been successfully transferred into the buyer’s name, unless a different written arrangement is expressly agreed before proceeding.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must provide accurate identification and account information required by the relevant provider, follow lawful provider instructions and check that the selected number and service arrangement are suitable for the intended use.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Intellectual property

Website copy, branding and presentation may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Use and transfer of mobile numbers remain subject to Australian law and provider requirements.
